Are your brownies Halal?

All ingredients used in our bakes are halal. NO gelatine, lard, pork, alcohol is used in our bakes.
However, you may wish to note that we operate from a domestic kitchen.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX on our website.

When and how often are products restocked on your website?

Products are restocked on our website every Sunday at 3pm, and restocked on a weekly basis. You may place your order for the week (Mon - Sat).

How do I place an order?

There may be flash sales via our Instagram stories @thecircuitbaker (to be announced)

What is the cut-off time to place an order?

Cut off time for next day delivery orders is 11.59.59pm. Orders received before cutoff time can be processed for next day delivery.

Do you have a same day delivery option?

There is no same day delivery option. However, you can keep a lookout on our Instagram (@thecircuitbaker) for flash sales. If we are able to bake extra that day, you can order via DM and have your order delivered that very evening!

Do you accept bulk orders/corporate orders?

We are happy to be part of your corporate events, themed parties and other joyous celebrations – you may leave us a message or email us directly at thecircuitbaker@gmail.com with details of your request at least 1 week in advance.

Can I make an order via Facebook/Instagram?

In the event we are able to bake more on the day, we will post flash sales via our Instagram stories. You may order via DM when these flash sales are posted.

I used to be able to order on Facebook/Instagram, why am I not able to do so now?

As our supply and demand increases, we will be accepting orders via our website. This will make the ordering process and operations smoother. We hope by doing this, we will be able to make our bakes to be more accessible to more in Singapore.

Can I pre-order products?

Availability of the items are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. This ensures that everyone gets an equal chance of securing our bakes.

When are the slots for your bakes restocked on the website?

Products are restocked on our website every Sunday at 3pm, and restocked on a weekly basis. You may place your order for the week (Mon - Sat).

I accidentally submitted and paid for the wrong order! Can I cancel my order?

There is a strict no cancellation or refund policy for all products after the order has been confirmed. In the event if a cancellation is needed, the order will still be charged and non-refundable at the full priced purchased.


Delivery & Collection

How much are your delivery charges?

For your convenience, we provide island-wide delivery at $8.

Why is there a charge for incorrect/wrong address provided

An additional $20 redelivery charge will be incurred on top of the delivery fee should the address provided be incomplete/wrong, and we are unable to contact you through phone call within a grace period of 10 minutes.

This is to ensure our delivery rider do not hold up other deliveries on hand

What happens if I'm not at home when my order is being delivered?

Our delivery riders will ring the doorbell/knock the door. If there is no answer, they were instructed to hang the bag at the gate or outside of the house. Our products will not be left on the floor. Our delivery driver will place them in best place possible.

Is there a self collection option?

As we are a home-based business, we do not do self-collections due to current Covid-19 pandemic.

Request of delivery timing

Our delivery window is between 3pm-9pm. You may let us know of your preferred delivery timing via DM on Instagram @thecircuitbaker or via email. We will take note of your requested delivery timing and try our best to accommodate.

Deliveries to office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, airport etc

Kindly note that there will be NO DOORSTEP delivery applicable for office buildings, mall, hotels etc. Orders may be collected at lobby, pickup/drop off points etc. In these cases, the delivery rider will be instructed to contact you 10-15 mins prior to arrival.
